This excellent service of NAMECHEAP personnel is one of the reasons why I am not giving up blogging because they make things easier for me. I am not techy, but I can address technical concerns about running a blog with them because they patiently assist me with all my needs.

I remember having trouble with my SSL installation before (that was the first time). Someone again patiently assisted me. I was unavailable for LIVE CHAT then, so we exchanged emails. I thought it would not be possible for me to activate my SSL.
I already accepted that my blog would keep on showing UNSAFE prompts. That isn’t very encouraging for a blogger like me. It invalidates all my contents here. It took me some months to have the courage to go through the process. I tried doing it by myself. But I was so mad, realizing that this was beyond my capability.
I let time pass.
I was afraid of asking any personnel. I thought it would be useless for the personnel to give instructions because I won’t understand it. But yeah, I tried, and I was amazed at how patient that personnel was to guide me through all the needed steps.
Namecheap is more than just providing great products
They offer discounts, too!
I remember when I started using their services, and the live chat personnel offered me a discount. It was such a blessing!
What I like about this company is that even if they offer digital services, they make you feel that they are real humans helping people achieve their dreams – BLOGGING for me.
