
I am starting to get worried because of the inaccessible CIMB Bank App. They promised to fix their system by May 23 and moved to 27 and then moved to June 1.
Yet, until now, their system is still down T_T
How am I supposed to get my money now? I have a huge event coming up where I will be spending for my parent’s 40th Wedding Anniversary. I already sent follow up messages to CIMB, yet they are just sending their default message of asking apologies for this inconvenience.
This situation is teaching me PATIENCE and TRUST. I just pray that everything will go well, tomorrow maybe? Also, I realized that it is not safe to open Savings Account with one (1) bank only. I already applied to ING, yet my application is still in review process.
I hope this will be fixed soon.
