What makes a good leader?
A good leader for me is someone who fears God as he acknowledges that many things are beyond control, so he submits to Him. As he bows his head and kneels, that’s when a leader gains my admiration.
Someone who shows KINDNESS and COMPASSION to his followers. Someone disciplined enough to take measures to realize the plans but humble enough to admit that his decision is NOT always right.
True leaders are resilient and have all the initiatives to bring hope, especially during the most challenging times. He is adaptive to the signs of the times, not necessarily to technological advancements, but his wisdom can traverse through generations. He has the few but right words to ignite man’s curiosity and lead all people to discover more of what is in here and beyond all creations.
He is reflective in everything he does and uses a proactive approach to dealing with problems. He is strategic and always acknowledges the potential of others in contributing to the realization of his plans.
He leads the way in favor of the many but never disregards the voices of the other few.
There could be many ways to lead, but for me, a good leader designs his own leadership style, making a mark not just in the pages of history but also in people’s hearts.
A good leader is authoritarian but with a kind soul.
A good leader is not perfect but has perfectly good intentions for anyone who looks up to him.
A good leader, for me, has high respect for women and the elders and sees hope in today’s children.
