Scholarships
Your eligibility for a scholarship is highly dependent on your individual circumstances, including your interest area, study level, and selection criteria. Please visit our scholarships page for more information. You might find it useful to use the filter options, to see which scholarships best suit you. You will be able to filter by student type, study level, interest area, and selection criteria.
You are automatically considered for a range of scholarships as part of your application.
You may also wish to consider external scholarships to help fund your studies. This includes the Australia Awards Scholarships administered by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The Australian Trade and Investment Commission also provides a list of scholarships to study in Australia on their webpage here.
Please note that external scholarships are not administered by ANU. Therefore, for further information regarding external scholarships, please contact the administrative body of the scholarship.
I would recommend viewing the scholarships page and using the filter boxes, selecting all that apply to you. Once you have done this then you will be able to see all the different scholarships that apply to you, I would recommend viewing and apply to the scholarships that best suit you and your circumstances.
Programs and courses
You might find the ANU Programs and Courses website useful for exploring your study options at ANU. On this site, you will be able to search for program and course information, admissions requirements, fees, and study requirements by clicking the corresponding tabs. Please select 2022/2023 from the drop-down options for the most recent information.
From this website, you will be able to see all the different programs and courses offered at ANU. I would recommend that you use the search box to filter programs and courses that interest you. For example, you might want to search for ‘science’ to see all the relevant programs and courses that are offered at ANU relating to science.
International applications
You may also find the International Student Applications webpage useful for how to apply to ANU and application deadlines. You can see the offer release dates on this webpage as well as additional information regarding the international application process for international students planning on studying at ANU. Semester 1 2023 applications are open now.
You can use this website to proceed with your application form, I would recommend that you have chosen a program that you are interested in studying as you will need to indicate what you intend to study at ANU. From this website, you will be able to find all the relevant information about how to proceed with your application form and start your application to ANU.
Applications occur on a rolling monthly basis. You will need to provide various documents to support your application, with an approved English translation if applicable, as well as proof of meeting English language requirements. You are more than able to apply for Semester 2, 2023, or for Semester 1, 2024!
