What are three things you are grateful for TODAY?

  1. I am grateful for the time I shared this late afternoon with Ma’am Samsel. We talked a lot about life and love and realized so many things.
  2. I am grateful for the pretty and classy eyeglasses I received this morning. This is actually a gift from my sister.
  3. I am grateful that I was able to start my Day 1 Yoga with Adriene. My Ate Ann gave me an access to her exclusive videos.

I am always grateful for everything. For the guidance and strength from Our Almighty Father, for my family and friend’s love and care and for the blessing of life.

    I’m also thankful that I have people in my life to love…like my extended family and my children and grandchildren.
    I am thankful for my ability to create : paintings, music, writing…..
