Despite the outbreak of COVID-19, the Department of Science and Technology Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) continues its mission in providing educational support to the brilliant Filipino Youths.

To realize its mission, the S & T Undergraduate Scholarships Program is now accepting applicants.

To check if you are eligible, here are the basic requirements:

  • Natural-born Filipino citizens;
  • Grade 12 students under the STEM Track;
  • For non-STEM Grade 12 students:

Those who belong to the upper 5% of the graduating class; and

  • For High School graduates prior to the K-12 Program:

Those who have mote yet earned any post-secondary units in college/university level (must also be part of the upper 5% in his/her high school graduating class)

The online application system has all the needed steps you need to know to complete your application. You can also get scholarship support if you will encounter Application Form Errors, System Bug, and Others.

What are the Scholarship Privileges?

Once you qualified and passed the examination, you are entitled to enjoy these benefits:

  • P40,000 Tuition Fee Subsidy
  • P10,000 Book Allowance
  • P1,000 Graduation Allowance
  • P7,000 Monthly Living Allowance
  • P10,000 Thesis Allowance
  • P1,000 PE/MS Uniform Allowance

This S & T Undergraduate Scholarships Program intends to inspire the Filipino youths in pursuing a career in science and technology in order to create a strong force of brilliant minds that will steer the country towards progress.
