I am a Roman Catholic. I am a believer. I pray the Holy Rosary, because I always feel connected to my family and my God, whenever I pray.
I was taught to pray the Holy Rosary when I was still learning also to read and write. I started teaching children how to pray with it, just a few years after. It was during the Flores de Mayo every summer that we were always asked to pray it and even at home, we do pray as a family, even until now.
The repeated prayer for each bead is like an echoing plea to God for him to hear my prayer through the intercession of Mama Mary. That is just for me. I am an Assumptionist, but I can no longer recall the teachings about the Holy Rosary, all I believe, all I know, and I experienced, is that it gives miracles.
The Holy Rosary for me is a rope of hope, of faith and of love. It binds me to my Creator, my Savior, my Healer. It always feels like Mother Mary is comforting me, warming my heart and always leaves a promise of love.
I dedicate this post for this Holy Rosary’s Month.
